Concern for welfare – Launceston teenager Billy Ray Waters

Tasmania Police is concerned for the welfare of missing Launceston teenager Billy Ray Waters.

Billy, 19, was last seen walking in the Invermay area on or about Thursday afternoon 8 August.

Police were notified late on Sunday 11 August and began inquiries.

Billy is described as 175cms tall, of slim build, with below shoulder length brown hair and green eyes.

Billy was last seen wearing tan coloured low crutch skate pants, a tie-dye shirt, a black puffer jacket, a ‘Raiders’ cap and multi coloured green/grey Nike runners.
