Youths to be proceeded against in relation to Devonport CBD incidents

Three youths will be proceeded against under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act in relation to several incidents in the Devonport CBD yesterday.  

A 14-year-old and 15-year-old have been charged in relation to stealing incidents at several CBD businesses. 

Separately, a 15-year-old has been charged in relation to public order incidents in the CBD. 

Devonport Police will continue to monitor and interdict with youth who offend within the Devonport CBD and wider community.
